Your Data Travels With You

When you reinstall, nothing's lost.

Most fitness apps treat your data as device-local. Lose your phone, switch to a new one, factory-reset for any reason, and your training history is gone. Ankh treats your data as yours. Workouts, sleep, body composition, and your profile all back up to the cloud automatically. Sign back in with Apple and your training history, health data, and profile come back.

Sign-in is through Apple, so there's no email or password to manage. Cloud backup is on by default. Health and wearable data backup can be turned off in Settings.

Why Ankh Exists

Built by someone who needed it

Whoop on my wrist. Withings under my feet. Supplements in a spreadsheet. Workouts in Notes. Every morning I'd bounce between five apps trying to piece together what my own body was telling me.

I didn't need another tracker. I needed something that could read all of them at once and show me the connections. Recovery next to nutrition. Sleep next to training load. Body composition next to what I actually ate.

That app didn't exist. So I built it.

Today it pulls Whoop, Oura, Polar, Withings, and everything in Apple Health. The coaching builds on its own advice instead of starting over. Your data backs up to the cloud so you don't lose it when you switch phones. And the morning briefing and coach card run unmetered on the free tier, because the brand front-door AI should be available to anyone curious enough to download the app.
