Common Questions

How do I cancel my Ankh Pro subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Ankh, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also do this from within Ankh: Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Inside Ankh, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including cloud backup, profile, and account credentials. The action cannot be reversed. If you cannot access the app for any reason, email hello@ankh.fit to request deletion.

My wearable data is not syncing

First, open Settings → Integrations in Ankh and confirm your wearable shows as connected. If it shows disconnected, reconnect by tapping the wearable and going through the consent flow. If it shows connected but data is missing, try pulling down on the Home screen to force a sync. Wearable sync intervals vary by provider; most update within the hour.

Ankh Intelligence is not generating insights

Ankh Intelligence requires at least seven days of data to generate meaningful insights. If you have more than a week of data and insights still are not appearing, check Settings → AI and confirm AI analysis is enabled. If the issue persists, email a screenshot to hello@ankh.fit and we will investigate.

How do I report a bug?

Email hello@ankh.fit with a description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible. Include your iOS version and iPhone model. Confirmed bugs typically get fixed in the next TestFlight build, often within the same week.

How do I export my data?

Ankh Pro users can export their data as CSV or PDF from Settings → Data → Export. The export includes workouts, food entries, supplement logs, body measurements, and your AI conversation history.

My Pro subscription is not unlocking features

If you have just subscribed and the Pro features are not unlocking, force-quit Ankh and reopen it. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Restore Purchases and tap Restore. If it still does not work, email hello@ankh.fit with your Apple ID country and approximate purchase time and we will investigate.
